8 Course Grading  Grading is based on the following elements:  Attendance at sessions  Non-attendance one day (-20%)  Non-Attendance > one day (Fail)  Participation in Class, contribution to:  Group work  Presentations  General discussion  Final Day Poster Session  Ability to answer questions.

9 Metropolia Business School Grades  Grading structure:  90% – 100% = 5  80% - 89% = 4  70% - 79% = 3  60% - 69% = 2  50% - 59% = 1  Under 50% = Fail.
