2. Create Organisation 1. Input your Organisation name here 2. Click here

3. Register yourself 1. Input your personal details here *this creates your STN account and allows you to become and admin for your organisation 2. Or alternatively you can register using an existing login from another site 3. Click here

4. Select subscription type 1.Click here for free version 2. Or alternatively click here for paid version

5. Organisation details 1. Click edit to fill in your Organisation details

6. Fill in Organisation details 1. Click edit profile picture to insert your company logo Fill in your details and click save * It is mandatory to fill in your company name and address, email address and phone number. You need to do this in order to access course advertising.

7. Enter Course Types 1. Click Course Types in the left-hand navigation bar 2. Click on add new course type

8. Add Course Type 1.Input details * These details will appear when a user searches for a course in FOFATO Course Booker 2. Click save * You will need to input the details for each of the courses you offer separately

9. Add Venues 1.Click on Venues 2.Click on add new venue * It is important that you add your venues because when you come to publish your courses to FOFATO Course Booker, you will need to state where your course is being held.

10. Input venue details 1.Input venue details * Sort order is the order in which your venues will appear on the webpage. 2. Click save

11. Course Advertising 1. Click Course Advertising in the left-hand navigation bar Click here to add a new course (These are the current course you would like to publish)

12. Course advertising 2. Input course details * These are the details of the courses you are currently running 3. Click Save

13. Add dates 1. Click to add the dates of the days your course will be running on

14. Input course dates 1.Input course dates. You will need to do this for each individual day. *For example if it is a 3 day course Date 1 (5/10/2009) Click save Date 2 (6/10/2009) Click save Date 3 (7/10/2009) Click save You will need to close the box once you have added each date to finalise 2. Click save

15. Advertising 1. Click to chose where your advertisement will be published 2. Select company by clicking check box 3. Click save

16. Publish Course Click Publish (Optional) You can use this button to send requests to your networked trainers and assessors. Select date by clicking on the radio button then click on assign trainers and assessors

17. View published course Click on hyperlink to view your published course as the public will see it.

18. View published course Congratulations your have now finished publishing one of your courses!!!
