Postural Echo Postural echo (mirroring the interviewer's posture) shows non-verbal agreement.

People who have a strong rapport or who agree on a particular opinion often take up mirrored body positions. By mimicking a particular posture, agreement can be communicated nonverbally. Postural Echo

Social Media In 2012 (February 9 th to March 2 nd ) a survey of over 2,000 managers in the USA was conducted by Harris Interactive on behalf of Careerbuilder.com. Their study stated that 37% of these managers used social media as part of the process to pre- screen candidates; a further 11% declared that it was a process they’ll be applying in the near future.
