Offending Preventing re- offending Key-working YOT Probation Kent Police Social Services Ex-offenders are at high risk of homelessness on or after their release. Recent Homeless Link research suggests that 75% of day centre clients have a criminal record of some sort, and 40% report that more than half their users have spent convictions.
