New e-108 System Starting 1 October e-108s will: Reduce paperwork – electronic approvals; no faxing Allow NHQ to reimburse wings more rapidly Save time - eliminate the need to enter A/R or tail number classes in QuickBooks for NHQ-reimbursed missions Being tested in AK, KY, SD, TX, VA

Recording Batches in QuickBooks® Record a deposit rather than an A/R Deposit will be recorded on the day EFT notice received WFAs will accrue batches paid after 9/30 No need to record tail number on NHQ- reimbursed missions Wings on Consolidated Mx will not record minor mx from NHQ Will continue to breakout by mission type
