FALL AND WINTER IN SEATTLE It is not all that rainy But it is grey Mist + Drizzle = “MIZZLE” Sun sets around 4:30 pm In the summer the sun sets around 9:30/10pm Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

SEASONAL AFFECTIVE DISORDER (SAD) A pattern of seasonal depression experienced by otherwise healthy, happy people. Typically, fall and winter bring “down” feelings. Typical symptoms: Mood and appetite changes, weight gain, varying sleep and patters of activity Mood lifts with the onset of spring!
