3.  Our goal was to build a Rube Goldberg Machine that would turn on a calculator.  Most of our supplies came from Lowes, other parts were from around the house.  The cost of the project came out to around 14 dollars.

4.  Golf ball rolls down ramp falls into electrical box  The box swings around the post and collides with the pulley  The pulley rotates causing cup to pour water into funnel  Water shoots out of funnel causing the dominos to fall over one another  Dominos set off mouse trap  Mouse trap sets off the next teams device and lifts the lever that turns on the calculator

5.  Velocity of golf ball- Conservation of energy  As ball travels around dowel- Centripetal motion  Box colliding with pulley turning the pulley causing cup to pour water into funnel- Conservation of momentum, Rotational energy  Water shoots out of funnel- Projectile motion  Dominos topple each other- Collision  Mouse trap- Torque

6.  Total time invested into project was around 7 hours  Only real problem was getting cup to pour water into funnel.
