Develop industry understanding of the Government’s existing requirements and vision for the Human Resources MODSS procurement. Provide industry with the opportunity to meet with the Government early enough in the procurement process to provide input into the MODSS procurement strategy. Allow industry to hear from the JSC Procurement Officer and the Deputy Director of the JSC Human Resources Office.

13 National Aeronautics and Space Administration 13 Background Currently there are two contracts supporting the JSC Human Resources Office (HRO) –Contract NN05JA01B Human Resources Procurement Office (HRPO) –Contract NNJ07JA24C Human Resources Support Services (HRSS) The MODSS Contract will consolidate HRO support services –Including the HR portion of support from the HRPO contract –Including the HRSS contract –Adding in additional support required by HRO

The Government intends to issue a Final RFP Following the release of the RFP, industry will be solicited to submit questions in writing, in order that the Government may officially respond.
