Do you have exposure? Does your mentor have professional respect?

8 HOW TO CULTIVATE AND GET THE MOST OUT OF MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS Build your network. Ask for work. Over deliver. Be loyal. Seek advice and feedback. Keep regular contact. Have a junior mentor.
