Growing and Nourishing Healthy Communities Project Goal: To increase access of fresh produce by teaching basic gardening skills, developing and promoting backyard and community gardens, and demonstrating vegetable recipes.

Identified Partners Held Organizing Meetings w/Participants Pre-test/Post-test - knowledge and vegetable consumption Provided classes on basic gardening Organized garden construction and planting Nutrition classes and cooking demonstrations – through harvest season Growing and Nourishing Healthy Communities
