9 Effects of Build-Out Development and Implementation of the Hutton Update on 2006 Corridor Study on Soil, Surface Waters, Wetlands, Groundwater, as well as Vegetated Areas and Habitat

10 Geology, Soils and Topography: Impacts will Include Additional Erosion, Drainage Problems, Sedimentation and Storm Water Runoff

11 Surface Waters, Wetlands, Ground Water, Drinking Water, Critical Environmental Areas, Indigenous Vegetation and Habitat Quality Will be Negatively Impacted and Will Further Deteriorate (Including Economic Vitality)

12 REMEDIATION Larger setbacks and Proper Grading of Roads Prohibitive Legislation Against Clear Cutting Zone Changes from Village Business and Highway Business to HO/HC, with a Residential Component

13 REMEDIATION Non-Specific Erosion and Sedimentation Controls Storing and Disposal of Hazardous Waste

14 REMEDIATION Partial Elimination of Chemical Pesticides Recharge of Storm Water Buffers & Proper Design of New Facilities

15 REMEDIATION Advanced Septic Waste Practices Includes: – Direct Discharge into Site Soils & the 50 Ft Buffer from Bulkheads

16 REMEDIATION Increased Open Space in Sensitive Areas Pervious Ground surfaces

17 CONCLUSION Presumably If these Remedies are put in place, Implementation of the Corridor Study and full Build-Out will have No Significant Impacts to Our Environmental Resources Mentioned Above.
