5. 5 SITES FOR ESY - FINANCIAL SAVINGS  Five Large Sites instead of 9  Only 1 Head Teacher per site  Only 1 Head Nurse per site  IU Supervisors oversee each site  Classes size maximized  Regionalizing classes saving on bussing  Hiring Process streamlined  Costs will be calculated prior to ESY. Bills much earlier.
