DETAILS July 2, 2012 through August 9, 2012 Monday – Thursday, no school July 4th Hours 9 – 2:30 PM, Social Skills classes 9-11:30AM, 12-2:30 PM Tentative Locations – Bensalem - Rush, Snyder Central Bucks – Bridge Valley Neshaminy – Tawanka Learning Center Pennsbury – Quarry Hill Quakertown – Strayer ** Please have all ESY Requests to the IU ESY Office by April 1, 2012

ESY HIGHLIGHTS Over 1000 students served 600 Center Based Students 9 Sites 14 different programs 250 students received related services in district ESY programs

REFERRAL FORM – TIME SAVINGS Two ways to submit Writable PDF with drop downs and emailed Hand Writable/Typewriter with check boxes We will take older forms also.

5 SITES FOR ESY - FINANCIAL SAVINGS Five Large Sites instead of 9 Only 1 Head Teacher per site Only 1 Head Nurse per site IU Supervisors oversee each site Classes size maximized Regionalizing classes saving on bussing Hiring Process streamlined Costs will be calculated prior to ESY. Bills much earlier.
