Outcomes Trend changes on key indicators from engagement/ health and well-being surveys Increase in voluntary participation Causes of absence by category and note any changes from previous causes Reduction in the length of absences Health related indicators – musculoskeletal conditions, heart disease, stress/depression, cancer Lifestyle indicators – Sales of healthy food, gym membership, bikes on premises Reduced stress Family and community Better working relationships – fewer grievances, more employee involvement etc.
