General Date Company address, name, title Salutation (Dear…) Signature Printed name, return address, phone, Enclosure Content – Paragraphs Reason for writing, (e.g., responding to ad, networking) Attention getter (e.g., referral name, research, accomplishment) Complimentary Closing
