Cost of food has decreased. More food is prepared away from home. Portion sized have increased. The use of cars has increased. The number of two-income families has increased. I. TECHNOLOGY IMPROVEMENT AND LAZINESS?

We eat a lot of food, Without thinking.. We force ourselves to eat more, So we don’t throw food away. HOUSED & RESTAURANTS

Australians farms Workforce Grows as much food/Fruits that a lot even have to be wasted. 88% of the foods will be eaten every year. FARMS

Mostly the foods need to be checked and tested but now days they will just be passed to the shelf without fixing blemishes or bruises. SUPERMARKE & SHOPS

We cook too much food Food goes off before the use-by/best-before date We forget about leftovers in the fridge or freezer We don't know how to use leftovers We buy too much because we don't stick to a shopping list We don't check the fridge before going shopping We're not planning our meals and menus as much as we could. III. WHAT CAN WE DO TO EAT HEALTHER? The foods you eat have been divided into three groups according to how nutritious they are. These make up what is often called the ‘food pyramid’.
