13 Attachment A USGS EROS Data Center National Capabilities: “activities that represent unique science capabilities that are not replicated elsewhere in the bureau.” Unique: EDC’s combination of engineering and scientific expertise collocated with the National Satellite Land Remote Sensing Data Archive. As a national capability, EDC will have increased visibility and opportunity to work across the organization in support Bureau and Department programs.
