3.  During the car wash, I held up signs instructing the people on the road where they could get their car washed.  I also helped clean the cars by scrubbing them with sponges.  People were so generous with their donations for cancer research!

6.  Throughout the day I face painted, helped out with the bounce house by making sure the children were jumping safely, and helped run the various games set up.  Every child there was so happy and thankful for our help.

9.  Relay for Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature activity. Teams of people camp out at a local high school, park, or fairground and take turns walking or running around a track or path. Relays are an overnight event, up to 24 hours in length.  I participated by walking our track with friends and raising money for our team. http://www.relayforlife.org/relay/whatisrelay
