The maximum amount of time this takes is ten years. If I choose to pursue this career it means 18 more years of school!

3. Physicians have a positive, powerful role in society. They diagnose illnesses and provide treatment for those who may be suffering from injury or disease. They counsel patients on their health and how to take care of their bodies.

7. Lifestyle Working long, hard hours are part of the job, but having a family and time for yourself can also be incorporated.
