1 Dry beans with chicken sausages (Mongetes seques amb botifarra de pollastre) For 4 persons

2 presentation Hi, Our names are Ojanta and Ilona and we are both 13 years old We are from M à rius Torres secondary school of Lleida (Catalonia). And this is our Catalan receipt but it ’ s not our favourite dish, our favourite dish isn ’ t Catalan.

3 Ingredients  500g of uncooked chicken sausages  600g of dry beans  3 gloves of garlic  Salt  Oil  Parsley

4 Cooking equipament  A frying pan  A pot  A grill  Some dishes

5 Procedure 1  Put the beans in a pot with water until a night before to cook it  Cook the dry beans in a pot about 2 ours with salt and a little bit of oil.

6 Procedure 2  Put a grill on fire, and when it ’ s hot put the chicken sausages on the grill.

7 Procedure 3  Drain the water of the beans  Put a frying pan on fire with oil and some pieces of garlic

8 Procedure 4 When the garlic is golden colour put the beans in the pan Remove the beans until they are fryed

9 Procedure 5  Cut the sausages in four pieces and serve it in four dishes with the dry beans and put salt, oil and parsley.
