Proloquo2Go – This app “turns a mobile device into a communication board that offers students with speech troubles a means of voicing their needs.” (McLester, 2011) – “Messages can be spoken with a text-to-voice application or sent out via the message window” (McLester, 2011) Dropbox – “Dropbox offers a selection of teacher-friendly controls, such as the ability to set bandwidth limits, eliminate user from individual computer, and create shareable photo galleries” (McLester, 2011) – Not only is Dropbox free, but it’s available on a variety of mobile device Summary Page

Reaction The article I read was over different educational apps for mobile devices. I only talked about 2 of the apps on the list, but all the apps listed were great ideas! More and more people are using smartphone’s everyday, so it seems like a good idea to utilize a device that most people are already carrying.
