2. Invention of Video Games Pong was one of the most successful games of the 1970’s through the 80’s. The Magnavox Odyssey was the first home video game built. Released in 1972. You also need a T.V. to play the video game. T.V. became very big in the 70’s through the video games.

3. How they changed over the years Now you have three main video game systems now. The playstation3, Wii, and the Xbox 360. The game systems now can also get online and play people all over the world(as long as both have the same system and game). Games can also get online and go to any online site you want.

4. More Changes Over The Years Some games during the 70’s through the 80’s didn’t have sound and was powered by batteries now a days they don’t. Now you have hundreds of games for each system rather than three or four for each system like back then. Another change is that now you have wireless controllers and can be wherever you want when your playing the game.

5. Reflection Page One way video games is changing our society is that you get to have more fun playing and meet new people and the bad side is that more people is becoming game freaks and don’t want to do nothing but play the game. I new my sources was valid was by going on Google, and ask.com and other valid websites. One of my problems was having to keep going and making a new wikispace because I kept forgetting my password.
