Can you do the job? How soon can you be productive? Have you demonstrated that you can do this job elsewhere? If you have not done this job elsewhere, can you provide evidence that you have the necessary skills to succeed at this job?

What’s your Personality? Are you motivated Will you be hardworking and conscientious How long will you stay?

Will you get along with others? Will you fit in with the company "culture“? Will you be a team player? Will you be a positive influence?

Are you manageable? Do you take directions easily? Will you fit in with the existing management style?

1.Gut Instinct Are quick to make a decision about you Have their favorite questions they ask each time Will finish the interview quickly if they don’t like you Don’t speak much about the job requirements

Tips Work on your appearance and first impression Look good! Act with confidence Smile!!!

2.Personal and Feeling Try to discover your values and feelings Ask a lot of questions on your personal qualities Want to know how you think and feel Will probe your character

Tips Look at the organization’s website Try to find information on the interviewer Do they contribute to any favorite charities Be prepared to speak about your values and how they can contribute to the position and the company

3.Conversational Move from topic to topic Are easy-going and conversational Will discuss the work culture informally Are relationship based Ask general questions about your career

Tips Think on your feet Be prepared and professional Be confident without being arrogant Be friendly and conversational

4.Behavior Based Will ask detailed questions and take notes Will use assessment tools Want to know about your past work experience Questions will be linked to the job Are objective and fact oriented
