You need to consider your own personal traits You need to try to match your ◦abilities - skills, the things you do well ◦aptitudes - your natural talents ◦interests - the things you like and enjoy doing ◦values – the ideals that are important to you and your career choice Your abilities and traits will help you define your work preferences and allow you to work comfortably.
