What is Awareness? Being conscious – of what we're saying doing etc. Being awake to what's going on around us Information – power It's opposite is automaticity Doing what we always do etc Giving away our power

The Benefits Awareness helps you grow in personal clarity and improves your power to choose You rise to new levels of hope and promise that are meaningful and inspiring. It is the building block for strong emotional intelligence: being able to shake off a bad moods & enhance the good moods.

Love v Fear Love : Joy, happiness, good health, vibrancy, strength, calmness, compassion,kindness, forgiving, courageous, peace of mind, etc. Fear: Sorrow, un-happiness, ill health, sluggish, weak, agitated, anger, resentful, non forgiving, cowardly, worried, etc.

The Statistics The average human being has 50,000 thoughts each day. On average 40,000 of these thoughts are negative We repeat 95% of these everyday! We are 'hotwired' to be biased to negativity as we need to respond to danger
