17 Keep in Mind, Potential Enablers To optimize use of voluntary efforts and reduce barriers to participation ๏ Continue to expand bilingual and electronic communications (website, emails, newsletter, profile/handbook, conference calls) ๏ Increase budgets/ investment in professional resources, develop a potential Funding and Expansion Strategy ๏ Self-support by membership dues, seminar fees, member CSDs pro-bono contributions, plus: ๏ Seek funding for projects and research from Inter-American Development Bank, as FIAB has, or similar agencies? Join with other groups in supporting/funding joint projects/research?
