The data submitted on the checklist in CIMS should reflect information obtained from the student’s IEP on file as of March 1 st of the current school year. No revisions, new IEPs, or amendments will be accepted for Indicator B-13 checklist reporting.

From the Field… There's is minimal changes in the SPP-13 review process over that last several year's and I see it as both teachers and we have had ample time to get IEP's at least compliance and moving towards best practice.
