12. Case One Pretty Nail is a family run buisiness. Only 3 of the 7 employees actually have licenses. One of them is expired. This is the third time that they have been caught operating in this manner. They were investigated again because one of thier clients turned in a video of someone giving them a pedicure with an illegal blade.
