Community Service Project Identify a group in need (we can help) Establish coat goal, determine $ goal –$20/coat to cover freight and promotion/pr Create fund raising plan –Reach out to community, use as opportunity to raise awareness of Rotary and your Club! –Apply for DSG money! –Work with Interact or Rotaract club

Community Service Project Order coats through www.operationwarm.org –Boxes of 6 in one size/sex/style- 3 colors, minimum 5 boxes –2 -3 weeks lead time –Extras provide “coat closet” for future needs Plan for “Added Value” component with recipient organization –Literacy, wellness, nutrition, “pay it forward”
