About RMS RMS specializes in supporting new and existing businesses nationwide with innovative marketing programs and items. With the largest Off-Set printing facilities in the country with three warehouse locations in CA, TX and IL, RMS can handle ANY SIZE of print and marketing job. Because of our printing facilities, RMS prices are normally 20-30% lower than any local or national competitor. RMS also has a full design staff that can design and customize anything from logos to websites. With our weekly distribution of brand new DBA’s in Texas, we have 2-3 thousand new prospects each week. We can quickly expand to other states as the business grows and as much as we wish to grow.

Growth The following items below are processes that will be in place to handle the growth. –Answering Service will be in place to answer all in- coming calls from new prospects. We will be able to re-sell this service to businesses. –Hiring an Admin to answer local calls from current customers as well as helping with daily work load. –Doubling office space to allow more room for sales people and admin staff. –Adding two new (cheap) computers for staff –Adding the monthly fee to have the DBA list sent each week. –Mailing a minimum of 500 postcards out each week to new DBA businesses.

Investment Listed are two options, but others can de discussed. $6,000 investment –5,000 postcard mailer to new DBA business in Texas. –This will pay 25% of gross profit on each sale that is derived from the 5,000 postcard program for 12 months Out of all the quotes we have put together, we have closed 90% of the business, which is incredible! So, if we cut that in half and say that we will close 45% of what business we will be quoting on, that will give us a basis to do some math: –Our average retail ticket over the past 4 months: $679 of which a 60% is profit: $407 –Our sample mailer to new business saw a 10% call rate: Let’s once again assume half for this: 5% –Eventually mailing out 5000 postcards will see 250 businesses call in for quotes –We will close on 45% of those: 112 –Average profit will be per sale: $407 –Giving us a complete profit from this of: $45,787 –Your cut will be: $11,447 Investment: $6,000 Profit of: $5,447 –Remember this is just off of their FIRST ORDER… you will receive 25% of the profits for 12 months once that customer signs up from that postcard. –If only 10% of the clients reorder just half of what they ordered the first time each month, you are looking at an additional $550 a month for 12 months equaling an additional $6,600 on the low end and $27,000 on the high end. –If in 18 months from the date of investment, the full $6000 is not paid back then RMS will personally guarantee the balance plus $900 (15%). –This investment will not have any percentage of ownership within RMS, it is solely used for the postcard DBA program but should be extremely profitable.

Investment Listed is option two, but others can de discussed. $25,000 investment –We will include everything from the previous slide –This package will include a 5000 postcard program PLUS the items below. –You will have a 10% ownership within RMS and all it’s programs and sales activities, not just those 5000 postcards profits. –You will receive quarterly P&L reports as well as quarterly profit payments –You will be able to utilize RMS office and address as an alternate business location for Clear and any other business.

Details The $25K option will give RMS a 4 month run rate which allows us to focus on permanent growth and not just monthly survival. After the 4 months, RMS should have a minimum of 100 new clients. After the 4 months, growth should be 20 clients minimum each month. On average, our profit from each project has been $409 and this is not counting return business. By the 5 th month, profits should reach $45,000 a month and increase from there each month. One thing to always remember, this is just focusing on Texas business. When we really want to grow this, we will start to add other states. Within 12 months, RMS could easily be bringing in over $125,000 a month in profits. Do know, that as the client base increases, we will need to add a few more staff members, but this will be minimal compared to the profit coming in from the customers. We also have the option to move into the office next door which will give us even more space to grow.
