To you do we send up our sighs, Mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, O most gracious advocate, Your eyes of mercy toward us; And after this our exile, Show unto us the blessed fruit Of your womb, Jesus. O clement! O loving! O sweet Virgin Mary! 9. PRAYER TO OUR REDEEMER Soul of Christ, sanctify me. Body of Christ, heal me. Blood of Christ, drench me. Water from the side of Christ, wash me. Passion of Christ, strengthen me. Food Jesus, hear me. In your wounds shelter me. From turning away keep me. From the evil one protect me. Into your presence lead me, to praise you with all your saints for ever and ever. Amen
