3.  As of February 2010, $704 billion has been spent towards war efforts.  The Congressional Research Service estimated a $2 billion per week, to $12 billion a month is being spent.  The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have been estimated to cost $2.4 trillion, paid by U.S. taxpayers by the year of 2017.

4.  The current administration supports sectarian constitution, military, and police forces. This divides Iraqi people rather than unites them.  August 2010, combat operations end in Iraq. The U.S. will not abandon Iraq, we will provide support to the Iraqi people.

5.  Twelve thousand physicians and thousands of intellectuals and engineers, have left the country and will never return.  50% of people in Iraq are unemployed.  Several hundred thousand Iraqis have died because of the war.  Tens of thousands of Iraqis are disabled physically or mentally.

6.  Install policies that unite Iraqis by embracing non-sectarianism.  Plan for a minimal American footprint by reducing troops and contractors.  Direct policy toward resettlement of Iraqis into homes, help Iraqis rebuild their country.
