GGlucose is a form of simple sugar, which is a carbohydrate. CChemically, glucose is made up of six carbon atoms, twelve hydrogen atoms, and six oxygen atoms. GGlucose is found in food products such as corn, rice, wheat products, and potatoes. GGlucose is found in fungi and starchy plants. GGlucose can be found in plants and is one of the products needed for photosynthesis.

Glucose is an energy source for the body. It is the main source of energy for the brain. Glucose is an important nutrient molecule. Your brain relies on glucose to stay functioning. Glucose breaks down into smaller molecules that provide building blocks for many cellular products.
5
When glucose levels are low, a person's mental abilities may be impaired. With a low level of glucose, it can lead to fainting.

Glucose is the most common of known carbohydrates and an essential nutrient in the human body. A common name for glucose is blood sugar. Glucose is an organic molecule that consists of a carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. All humans need a certain amount of glucose in their blood to maintain energy and proper organ function. Even though glucose is best known for its role in animal energy production, the sugar also exists in plant life. Glucose is the body’s energy chemical, used as the fuel in all cell activity.
7
Ingesting too much glucose will overwhelm the body. If you have too much glucose it means you have too much sugar and too little insulin. With too little insulin and too much glucose this can lead to diabetes and hypoglycemia.
