Multiple systems led to increased need for enhanced reports (Discoverer, 6i) Identify specific resources to focus solely on training course development and delivery Focus on the ‘people’ aspects of the implementation – Organizational Change Management is Key Ensure appropriate business representation from business units and regions worldwide throughout the implementation Don’t under-estimate the cross functional impacts to other departments (HR, AP, AR, Purchasing)
