6 Negative Metrics & Plans for Improvement 1.Graduate Enrollment -52% ; added degrees, increased outreach; primarily relied before on Education degrees 2.Percentage of bachelor’s degrees awarded to Blacks – stayed same at 6% - increase outreach 3.Transfer graduation rates – bouncing back after delegation; improved coordination with SCF; personalized advising; improve course schedule 4.STEM degrees – had one degree, IT; adding Biology in 2014 5.R&D expenditures – two staff certified in grant administration, identifying grant sources for faculty 6.Cost per student (within USF System) – lowest tuition in SUS 6
