5 Employee behavior and organizational culture are simply mirrors of the leader…ethical or not.

6 Rule One: Embrace high ethical standards over “success at any cost”.

7 Rule Two: “Walk the talk” regarding character and ethical issues.

8 Rule Three: Take responsibility for ethical missteps.

9 Rule Four: Demonstrate courage in upholding ethical principles despite potential impact.
