Make sure you have a clear understanding of your own paradigms Ask yourself “Who in another field would be interested in my unsolved problems?” GO AND TALK TO THEM When a change is suggested work through the positive and negative aspects of the change Seek outside your own paradigm shifts by thinking outside the circle
