12. 3. Right to Privacy The Press shall not intrude or invade the privacy of an individual Should be outweighed by genuine overriding public interest

13. 4. Recording interviews and phone conversation The Press shall not tape-record anyone's conversation without that person's knowledge or consent Make sure the recording is necessary to protect the journalist in a legal action

15. 5. Corrections When any factual error or mistake is detected or confirmed, the newspaper should suo-motu publish the correction promptly
