+ There is a Reason for Fonts Just like images, fonts can make or break a site. Graphic designers are trained to ALWAYS choose the correct font. Most can often identify a font from memory. Web designers should also be masters of fonts, but they can’t use them as much because of usability issues. Just because a font is pretty doesn’t mean it’s appropriate.

+ Serif Fonts Serif fonts have “feet” Serif is defined as a short line at the end of the main strokes of a character EX: Times New Roman, Garamond

+ And a graphic design rule… *****When typing, always use ONE space after a period. You may have learned in typing class to use two spaces but that is incorrect. All graphic and web designers only use one space. So get in the habit of only using one. If your English teacher yells at you, tell him/her my magic rule.
