The Purpose for the Seal: Stanislaus County Office of Education and participating districts identify students for the Seal of Multilingual Proficiency and acknowledge their proficiency: on their high school diploma on their high school transcripts – for college and scholarship applications – for recognition by potential employers through other local opportunities
