11 GILLES KAHN PRIZE Gilles KAHN Prize 2009 will honor a chinese post-doctorant of the FFCSA fellowships from 2002 till 2007. A prize of 5 000 euros is awarded annually -The first Gilles Kahn Prize has been awarded at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing on May 2007 to the Professor He Hongping -The second Gilles Kahn Prize has been awarded in Beijing on may 2008 to the Professor LIU Haitao -The third Gilles Kahn Prize has been awarded in Paris at the French academy of Sciences on March 30th, 2009 to the Professor LIAO Zewen -The Fourth Gilles Kahn Prize will be awarded in Shanghai on September 20 th at The Pavillon France during the World Exposition -quality of scientific work provided during stay in France and further when they came back to China as assessed by highly quoted publications, by the obtention of grants and positions. -capacity to set up and develop fruitful relationships between chinese and french universities, laboratories or companies. 11
