3 Solution The Cents to Care Foundation, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization, funded perpetually by a secure endowment, designed to operate a nationwide network of state-of-the-art clinics providing services to those who could not otherwise afford them.

5 While there are assistance programs such as Medicare and Medicaid to help some people, there are many working American families who can neither afford health insurance nor “qualify” for these assistance programs.
