How to avoid miscommunication Miscommunication is a problem that may occur in a group. Tonight I will talk about how to avoid our-self from these three cultural miscommunication speech miscommunication email miscommunication

How to avoid miscommunication from your speech Think before you said: ask yourself Speak up: make sure they can hear you very well Make it short in clear: don’t give a lot of information at same time or more detail Remind them: ask question to make sure the person understand what you mean, know what they need before you live

when you see someone’s culture, sometimes it makes you think about your culture background Each of us in affected by the culture we raised Different culture have different views communication

to avoid yourself Identify and understand the environment of cultural difference Recognize your own cultural theories and behaviors Understand others cultural thoughts and behaviors notice multicultural can create conflicts

How to avoid miscommunication from email Avoid your emotion while you read or write email Think before you write Start with greeting Write a meaningful message Reread before you send Try to make appointment with phone or face to face

In my point Many things can cause miscommunication if we don’t avoid our-self from such as culture, speech and email. To avoid that we must have to think before we act
