Why Google Calendar? FREE! Easy to use Easy to share Can have as many calendars as you want Can sync calendars with various accounts/people

Google Calendar Your calendar will look like this and be named after your username.

Using Google Calendar 1. Click the tab next to the calendar name. This will pull down the menu/options. 2. Select the second option which says Calendar Settings.

Setting Up Your Calendar (Calendar Details) Calendar Name Embed Code SAVE!

Sharing & Privacy (Share this Calendar) Public & Privacy Options SAVE!

Adding Events Click on a date to add an event. A bubble will pop up. Click “Edit Event” to put in more specific information.

Adding/Editing Events Name of Event Assignment details or more information Making public lets everyone see the description. Public does not mean anyone can edit the event. They can just see the event.

Creating More Calendars Click the calendar tab, and “Create new calendar”. You will be taken to the set-up page.

Managing Calendars All the calendars you create will appear under the “My Calendars” list. These calendars can be deleted at any time or have their settings changed at any time by clicking the tab next to them.
