8 8 3-Nov-15 Public Double Protection Drainage System By introducing ‘Built In’ double drain pans solution, i.e. primary drain pan and secondary drain pan, water leaking will not be a problem anymore. A drain socket is supplied to connect both drain pans to the drainage pipe. The secondary drain pan will act as a drip pan to block any water that might be dripped down, thus offering an additional protection to the ceiling. So additional drain pan will not be necessary during installation which means more cost saving and easy installation at site. Secondary Drain Pan (with insulation) Primary Drain Pan (Polystyrene with High Impact Polystyrene cover) Space Saving with Easy & Flexible Installation The height of the unit is low, between 261mm (lowest) and 378mm (highest). Therefore it is offering greatest flexibility in selecting installation location above ceiling. Moreover with its special designed ducting, the installation job becomes easy and the conditioned air can be effectively distributed to every corner of the room to ensure a better air distribution and more pleasant environment for comfort living. 2. 9 9 3-Nov-15 Public Easy Maintenance The simple design concept has a friendly maintenance and servicing in mind. By just removing the secondary drain pan and drain guide, you can access to all the internal parts from the bottom of the unit. No water will flow down when removing the secondary drain pan, making the servicing work very easy. Elegance and Low Noise Level The indoor unit is installed above the ceiling with only the supply and return air grille exposed to view. This ceiling concealed type of design has made it an elegant model without sacrificing the precious floor space, the air-conditioned space will appear as elegant and prestigious as centralized air-conditioned area, but with only a fraction of the cost. Further the casing is well insulated internally to reduce noise level. 10 10 3-Nov-15 Public Electrical Control Capability All series are equipped with a wired Electronic SLM Remote Controller. The SLM features: an ON/OFF switch, temperature setting (16°C to 30°C), operation modes (auto/cool/dry/heat/fan), fan speed selection, timer (setting range between 1 to 10 hours), air swing and ‘Sleep Mode’. It is possible to make use of the AC-5300 infrared Remote Controller (in option) to communicate with the SLM Remote Controller. 2. Benefits & Features

Moreover it has a ‘Double Protection Drainage System’ to offer an additional protection to the ceiling and easy maintenance. With the introduction of the new Non-inverter (R22) Heat Pump RY-series in combination with the Low & Medium Static Pressure Duct (FDYB/FDYM), Daikin extends its Sky Air product portfolio for R22 refrigerant and widens its choice for ceiling concealed applications in area’s using R22 units. Mainly the RY + FDYB/M series will provide: A product combination with a wide capacity range going from class 30 to 160 (2.7kW to 16.4kW) offering comfort living, greatest flexibility and easiness in installation locations, good COP/EER and static pressure. An outdoor unit with a wide operation range (to +46°C in cooling and -9°C in heating), combinable with low / medium static indoors and available in 1 and 3 phase power supply versions. 4.
