Vocabulary 1.Napoleon Bonaparte: (1769-1821) Emperor of France. Responsible for many French Revolution reforms as well as conquering most of Europe. 2.Scorched Earth: a military strategy which involves destroying anything that might be useful to the enemy while advancing through or withdrawing from an area. 3.Congress of Vienna: Major European powers of met in Vienna, Austria to establish a plan of peace and to discuss the realignment of territorial borders after the defeat of Napoleon.
