10 Why write the Bill of Rights? There must be a reason why the James Madison wanted to add the Bill of Rights to the Constitution. What do we know about the American colonies that might give us some clues?

15 Walk and Talk In a moment we're all going to stand up and walk around the room sharing our answers. 1. W e'll talk to two or three people we are not sitting next to. 1. Start by saying "Hi, I'm ________________ and the Bill of Rights is... " 1. When you're both done, say "I like your answer, _______. Thank you for sharing.," and find a new partner. 1. Come back to your seat when finished.
