Bake in muffin tin, separated so they can spread and POP!

Basic Ingredients 2 Eggs (Room Temperature) 1 C Milk (Room Temperature) 1 C Flour ½ tsp Salt 2T Butter (to grease the tins)

Leavening liquid ingredients heating to a high temperature and creating steam to push up batter
