2. WHAT IS TROSA? TROSA is a comprehensive, two-year residential substance abuse treatment program. Vocational training is one of the cornerstones of the TROSA treatment program, providing residents with marketable skills and real world experience. Residents may work in a business that earns revenue for the program or in a role that supports operations.

3. Economic development is not an “add on” at TROSA – it is “baked in” as a key part of our overall model. As a nonprofit, TROSA’s mission guides our activities. 5. TROSA provides training in personal finance management, job seeking skills and other topics that help residents to successfully transition out of the two-year program. Graduates are eligible to receive the benefit of:  low-cost, sober housing  transportation  meals and social events with peers  continued career counseling  bi-weekly support groups to sustain their recovery Aftercare and education are important for long-term success, as are the various therapeutic methods used. 6. KEYS TO SUCCESS Businesses are built on assets and reflect the core strengths of the organization and its people. Must be comfortable with a certain amount of risk.
