Selection of the basic teaching skills Notebook (and a CD), synthesis of background analysis (editing) of the Practicum planning. Construction of tools of evaluation (in terms of both quality and quantity) in order to crosscheck and evaluate the practicum at a European level. Production of a manual for Practicum activities with direct reference to the table of skills.

1) Search about the basic analysis of the competences target‘ of the future teacher; planning of mobility of the future teachers (trainings in `exchange' among the partner institutions); production of a' Guide for the tutores of Trainings. 2) Elaboration of a Manual of the good practices for the training', that the future teachers in training will experiment in the hosts European schools; definition of the Framework/ operating profile of the trainings mentor; monitoring testing and evaluation of the future teachers mobilities and in the associate schools; meetings of the scientific coordinators; monitoring and operationing verification of the' Handbook of the good practical of training. 3) Editing of the Relationship related to the Analysis of the single heuristic stages;publication (on press and in multimediale support) of the KIT ( Notebook /Manual/ Guide//Framework); monitoring and assessment of the undertaken actions; actions of the outcomes dissemination: European seminary of academic reflection on the project outcomes.

(Thematic reports, description of experiences, presentation of evaluation results, dissemination) involving also the Perugia University engaged in initial teacher training in partnership with schools in regional territory. Proposal of a model for the operative training of the future European Teacher (guided practicum). Circulation and the spreading of the results of the project, (publication, seminars).
