Independent Hotel Ratings A star system is primarily used to denote the level of quality and service, with one star being the lowest and five stars being the highest level. International travelers can be reasonably confident about what to expect by using these stars as a guide. The criteria by which each hotel is judged may vary from country to country.

Pleasure travellers They are individuals who travel to engage in leisure activities, outdoor recreation, relaxation, visiting friends and relatives or attending sports or cultural events.
